About the ABC

Alliance for a Better Community (ABC) was founded in 2004 and commissioned in 2007. We are a non-profit group of concerned citizens working together for the common goal of improving the quality of life, responding to community needs for our North Pacific County families and youth. When the community speaks, ABC listens and takes action.

ABC focuses on addressing housing, school age to workforce transition, and increase financial literacy within our community. Our Main objectives to address these focuses are to build community trust, maintain organizational credibility, address housing, empower youth, address employment issues, and increase governmental networking.

We have a goal to strengthen our community involvement through supportive involvement. We bring value by seeking out and filling the gaps between local resources and agencies in our area. The ABC is a group of concerned citizens, organizations, and officials working together for the common goal of improving the quality of life for North Pacific County Families and youth.
